Casa Arturo
The house is located in Javéa, in the old neigborhood 'El Tosalet' on the Costa Blanca. A beautiful, well maintained, ground-level villa, built in the sixties by the local notary. Recently Casa Arturo has been fully redone and restyled. The house is built on a large double plot of more than 2600 m2 and has all the ingredients for a lovely holiday.
Arrival
Upon arrival you can park your car in the shade under the covered carport. When you step through the front door of Casa Arturo, you find yourself in the hallway which connects nearly all rooms in the house. From the hallway you can see the characteristic central patio.
Living
At the end of the hallway you enter the spacious living. A beautiful, light space with vaulted ceilings finished with wooden beams. There are several seating areas; enjoy the fireplace with the entire family or enjoy a good book in the Moroccan corner.
Dining room
In the open plan living of the house there's also a dining area with a large wood-trimmed glass sliding door which provides access to the central patio. The long tree trunk table lets the entire company come together and enjoy a well earned meal.
Moroccan corner
A cozy corner in the house, where you can enjoy the view to the garden. Dressed with cushions inspired by the colors and patterns used by the Berbers in the Moroccan Atlas mountain range.
Bedroom 'Sol'
The sun is never far away in Spain, this bedroom's theme proofs that again. The tastefully decorated room has a big double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 'Azul'
The beach is only minutes away from the house, but this bedroom could just have been a tiny beach house. The room has a big double bed and a built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 'Rosa'
The pink theme of this bedroom has a soft appearance and the big double bed guarantees a good night's sleep. The room also has a big built-in wardrobe
Bedroom 'Mente'
The bedroom with a mint green color theme has a big double bed and a large built-in wardrobe.
Bedroom 'Kids'
The kids bedroom has a bunk bed for two and a single (sofa) bed which provides room for 3 people. This bedroom also has a built-in wardrobe to put your clothes.
Outside Lounge
When the sun gets too hot you can look for a bit of coolness in the shade of the cabana or take a refreshing dip in the pool. In the lounge, directly next to the pool, it almost feels as if you were in a luxurious beach club. Your favourite book and an ice-cold mojito: "you're all set!"
Pool
The pool at Casa Arturo is a real eyecatcher. The large kidney shaped pool offers plenty of space to all your guests and for the little ones there's a slide. Directly next to the pool there's a sundeck and cabana for those in need of a bit of shade.
Veranda
The day has just begun, breakfast outside with fresh sandwiches from the local bakery and a cup of fresh brewed coffee or a fresh fruit juice - the best and most important part of the day.
