Casa Arturo, named after our eldest son, has been owned by our family for more than 3 decades and needless to say, is our favourite place on the Costa Blanca. A tranquil environment and the perfect place to escape the rush of the daily rat race in a laid-back, comfortable and warm
atmosphere.
The villa is located in Jávea, in the old 'El Tossalet' district on the Costa Blanca. It is a beautiful, well-maintained, single-story villa built in the 1960s by the local notary. The house stands on a large plot of over 2,600 m² and has all the ingredients for a wonderful holiday.
Casa Arturo was recently completely renovated and restyled. The well looked after garden has plenty of full-grown trees, lush green bushes, plants and a big lawn.
Upon arrival you can park your car in the shade under the covered carport.
When you step through the front door of Casa Arturo, you find yourself in the hallway which connects nearly all rooms in the house.
From the hallway you can see the characteristic central patio.
At the end of the hallway you enter the spacious living. A beautiful, light space with vaulted ceilings finished with wooden beams.
In the open plan living of the house there's also a dining area with a large wood-trimmed glass sliding door which provides access to the central patio.
The long tree trunk table lets the entire company come together and enjoy a well earned meal.
A cozy corner in the house, where you can enjoy the view to the garden.
Dressed with cushions inspired by the colors and patterns used by the Berbers in the Moroccan Atlas mountain range.
